It is with this in mind that the Ancient Society was formed—to bring humanity to this great awakening. The Ancient Society draws inspiration from humanity's ability to look back through the lens of history and reposition itself from where it went wrong to ensure a successful future. "Ancient" signifies the return of mankind to our actual origins, reconnecting with our Source and aligning properly with Nature. MISSION STATEMENT
The Ancient Society is a virtual society that has established, and will continue to build, a Private Contract Association in which men, women, and children, of their own free will and volitional act, choose to enter into a private contractual relationship with our free association membership. This association is based on the principles of LIGHT and LOVE for mutual benefit and the interactive sharing of knowledge, ideas, and creativity through the use of a private medium of exchange known as The ANCIENT COIN, and its smaller increment, ANCIENTO. Ongoing support through education and the creation of a Private Social Media platform called “Ancient Media,” an Exchange platform called “Ancient Exchange,” a Shopping platform called “Ancient Mall,” etc., will support this ecosystem.
Our mission is to unite humanity to reintroduce the communal spirit of cooperation and love that used to exist in the lives of our predecessors, where all lived in one big family working for mutual benefit and defense. Such a union was excellent; this is why they were able to withstand and expel all oppressive rule and external forces that came their way.
Our further mission is to serve one another with love and respect and to use the community to lift humanity out of hunger, poverty, misery, and artificial scarcity. It is our intention that the veils of ignorance fall from each person we touch. We intend that all of our members will embrace and lead lives full of abundance and prosperity as they accept our offer of membership within the Ancient Society.
A. Our Medium of Exchange.
Within the private confines of our Society, our verified members can enjoy all the benefits of using a completely private medium of exchange that respects the privacy of all who use it. It is within our power to bring in suppliers of goods and services of all kinds, from every location on Earth, that accept ANCIENT COIN and ANCIENTO for equal value exchange for their goods and services.
B. Membership Contract Agreement on the Value of Our Coin.
We, the members of the Ancient Society, do agree that each Registered Member of our Private Contract Association shall contribute a value of 0.003 grain of gold ($0.011 as of the time this document was prepared), to the value of our coin. Therefore, our coin will only increase in value and will never depreciate until we reach 100 million verified members. At this point, the Ancient coin and Anciento will become stable coins. We intend that ANCIENT COIN and ANCIENTO will one day reach their full potential when:
- Our community grows organically to a reasonable number of 100 million verified members.
- Our Ancient Media grows to 250 million or more registered members.
- Our nine (9) major bionetworks (Interactive Website, Public Token, Social Media, Private Coin, Shopping Mall, Exchange, Ancient Flip, Ancient Chat, and Ancient Meet) are fully implemented and operational.
When this occurs, it will unlock the actual Value of the Ancient Coin. This actual Value will reflect the value of each Member of our Private Contract Association contributing a significant value of 0.003 grain of gold ($0.011 as of the time this document was prepared, therefore subject to change) to our coin. In doing so, we shall realize our vision and goal that the measure of real value in this world shall be the true worth of every living being—men, women, and children—who are the true creative potential of humanity in individual embodiments.

The Ancient Society has brought forward a unique contribution as a Gift to Humanity in the fulfillment and realization of that vision. Our Vision sees a world free of limitation, and our Mission is to be part of the solution that makes it so. This shall be a world in which every child grows up in a community of Support, Light, Love, Respect, Integrity, and has the opportunity that every child in this world should have, which is to have all the tools and resources needed to realize their full capacities and build a life that each of us would desire for ourselves and our own children.
3. OUR ECOSYSTEM/BIONETWORK
The Ancient Society shall undertake nine comprehensive, goal-driven projects to facilitate the success and sustainability of our Society. All these projects are anticipated to be rolled out within the first three years of our formation. The projects are:

THE INTERACTIVE WEBSITE PROJECT
We shall carry out an interactive membership-based website project where all our plans, Mission, Vision, Membership agreement, Private Contract Association, Team, etc., shall be published. The website will have two dimensions—the public arena and the private arena. The public arena will be open to the general public to study and understand our purpose and intentions of uniting humanity under such a virtual space before making their personal decision to join us. The private arena is only for trusted signup members. It is against our rules and regulations for any person to sign up not with the purpose of participating in the building process but rather to spy or criticize negatively what we intend to do. For that matter, it is very important for everyone wishing to sign up to take a couple of minutes to study and understand our Mission, Vision, and private contact agreement before joining. At the private arena, each person shall have a personalized highly secured login system and an interactive personal profile to enable him to navigate, interact, and use our network tools for the progress of himself or for all.
THE MARKET BASED TOKEN ALLIANCE
We shall form an alliance with any reputable market-based coins or tokens to enable the general public to access and benefit from our global liberation and poverty eradication mission. Members of such public coins or tokens shall be given the privilege at their own discretion to sign up and swap their coins or tokens for our private coin without stress. Likewise, if members of the private community want to sell their Ancient coins and Ancientos on our Private exchange or P2P, that public coins or tokens shall play the mediation. Coins or Tokens that shall be nominated for such alliance shall be listed in the Ancient Coin wallet and exchanges.
THE PRIVATE SOCIAL MEDIA PROJECT
We shall build a very strong and interactive private social media platform on which all our members shall unite and socialize in the spirit of LIGHT and LOVE. Such a platform shall only be available to sign-up members. It shall have a fully personalized and customized profile for every member to select or choose his preference and type of security settings. All societies’ updates shall be communicated to members on that social media platform. Any post from members must comply with our users’ terms and conditions of non-violence and tranquility.
THE PRIVATE COIN PROJECT
From the spirit of LIGHT and LOVE, all members of this private Society have agreed to have a private medium of exchange. The value of this medium of exchange shall be according to the total growth of registered members. Thus, anytime a person joins the society, the value shall increase by 0.003 grain of gold. We shall build a full-stack state-of-the-art private Blockchain to run our coin project. Such coins shall be distributed and stored via a private cold or custodial wallet. This medium of exchange shall only be used within the jurisdiction of our society and among our members. The means by which members shall have access to these private coins shall be through
(1) Swapping with the only accepted token(s) or coins from the public market on our coin exchange.
(2) The use of our referral systems and our community-building compensation program that are available to our association members
(3) Airdrops and merits.
THE SHOPPING MALL PROJECT
To facilitate the rapid use of our private medium of exchange (Ancient Coin), we will set up Virtual shopping Malls that will be assessable in every member country
The mall’s establishment and management shall be superintended by a special committee called Ancient Mall Executives Board. The appointment of such committee members shall be according to the first 7 higher holders of our coins within that geographical location or country. The chairmanship of that committee shall be according to merit, and in that case, the first highest token holder. The software development and initial stocking of the mall shall be done from the Society’s special reserved coffers allocated for such purpose.
The exact amount to any beneficiary member state shall be according to the total liquidity generated from that country or state. Each active Mall will further receive periodic special grants from the society’s development coffers when it has available revenue. The first executive/Legislative Board shall draft a Special regulatory document for the mall management and enhancement. After the first two years of our operation of the mall, all food and edible stuff on our mall must be those that are locally produced and manufactured from our community members either locally or within our member countries.
THE PRIVATE COIN EXCHANGE PROJECT
We shall launch a private exchange platform to enable our private coin holders who want to sell their coins for any reason. The exchange shall have a special liquidity pool in which funds will be locked for the purpose of serving the sellers and buyers. Measures to finance the Liquidity Pool shall be as follows:
- Half of any token that will be swapped for our private coins shall be locked automatically in the exchanged liquidity pool.
- Part of the exchange taxes generated from the sellers of our private coins shall be kept in that reserve.
- All grants and donations to the society shall be added to the Liquidity pool

4. ANCIENT SOCIETY’S LEADERSHIP BOARD AND RANKING.
One of the key elements to the sustainability of peace and progress in a society is, among others, the transparency in selecting leaders. Members of a Society will always stand by leaders that are standing for them. There is a widely believed standard that “a Society can never rise above its leadership,” and this is absolutely true. Due to the virtual nature of our society, it has been hereby agreed that we will select leadership based on merit through members’ effort of promoting and building this society. Thus, these shall be the categories of leadership, their qualifications, and benefits:
FOUNDERS
Founders are people that conceived and funded the creation of this society; they are responsible for the initial implementation of this membership contract agreement. They shall play the role of ADMINISTRATORS to this Society. Benefits
- They shall all together benefit from 10% of the total coin produced.
Their other benefits shall be according to what the executive and legislative board shall draft and accepted in the Article of Association.
ANCIENT EXECUTIVES BOARD
The executive shall be selected from the higher holders of our tokens and coins from each country. They shall be the highest decision board of the Society. They shall assist in the drafting and amendment of the society’s Article of Association.
- They shall be the chairmen/President of their country’s Mall Executives Board.
- They shall form part of the society’s Legislative board.

ANCIENT LEGISLATIVE BOARD
They shall be the first 3 higher holders of our Tokens and Coins. They shall assist in the amendment of this article of association.

Other benefits shall be according to what shall be proposed by the Administrator and Executives Board in the Article of Association and accepted by the society through consensus or voting.
Ancient Shopping Mall Executive Board
These groups of leaders shall be selected from the first 7 higher holders of our tokens and coins. They shall operate within the jurisdiction of their country of registration. They shall be the managers and higher beneficiaries of the Mall.

- They shall be shareholders of their Countries Mall department.

Technical Department
They shall be responsible for the Development, Management and upgrade of our various software.

They shall spearhead and formulate strategies for effective marketing and publicity.

Ancient Council Members.
They are the first 100 higher holders of our Token and coin. They shall have among other privileges,

Our Societies Ambassadors are public figures with not less than 100 Thousand followers on any of the known social media handles. When a person joins our Society and falls within this category and personally wants to be an ambassador, he shall fill and submit the ambassadorial request form. A committee shall be appointed to verify and endorse the request to qualify that person to become an ambassador.

These are people that have two or more referrals, have purchased up to $100 worth of coins and have completed their KYC verification

These people are duly registered but might have no referral or coins in their wallet.

PRODUCTION AND MANUFACTURING STRATEGIES
To achieve the above objectives, we believe we will need to affect every aspect of the supply chain, starting from production, storage, manufacturing, distribution, and consumption. Therefore, our core priority is to empower our members to embark on mechanized commercial Agriculture for the production of organic food for consumption and raw materials for our Manufacturing industries. Special attention and motivation will be given to any individual or group of people that are embarking on such prioritized areas. A special committee entitled PRODUCTION AND MANUFACTURING COMMITTEE shall be enforced to take oversight on this important area. Their main function shall be as follows:
- To encourage and educate members that want to go into production and manufacturing.
- Assist them to acquire proper land documentation for such purposes as stated above.
- Support them with any needed machinery and equipment for startup or beginners.
- Give them the needed training to maximize profit at the end of each season.
Manage and control all community assets for the benefit of all.
This and any other special committee shall follow within a descending manner of GENERAL COMMITTEE, NATIONAL COMMITTEE, ZONAL COMMITTEE, & AREA COMMITTEE. These special committees shall be superintended by a chairman and his executives’ members. It is furthermore our priority that, within a year or two after our launch, that all these committees are established through the democratic system of voting which shall be encrypted at any verified members back office in our software. Furthermore, two years after the establishment of this committee, all food supply and other special commodities sold on our Ancient Mall shall be from our producers and manufacturers. 10% of the communities’ asset shall be dedicated to the success of this special agenda.

One of the most demanding agendas of the Ancient Society shall be human rehabilitation and empowerment. Most people, by virtue of innumerable reasons, have lost control of their life gear and have therefore veered off the actual route of life they wanted to live on this planet Earth.
Just like how a moving vehicle that veered off the road causes danger to lives so do these people. Most of the time, there is just no way can they help themselves back to their actual purpose of existence from the long psychological trauma and addiction they have found themselves.
They, therefore, need loving and kind support to help them get their minds refreshed, put up the remaining pieces together, and take off again in a new and beautiful style.
During their stay at the center, they shall be taken through some active mentorship, apprenticeship, and empowerment programs. It shall be a self-contained center whereby everything needed in the center to make life better and enjoyable shall be produced or manufactured in that center. Individuals' livelihood in the center shall be made better according to how the person responds to change. We need to be our brothers' keepers because it could or can happen to any of us.
