Master Isaac Ndeego Nelson is a Pan-African technology visionary, education leader, systems builder and community organiser whose work is dedicated to African unity, technological independence, economic empowerment and human development.
He serves as the Administrator and Co-Founder of Ancient Society, a Pan-African technology ecosystem created to build African-owned digital platforms, strengthen continental cooperation and reduce Africa’s dependence on foreign-controlled communication, financial and technological systems.
Through Ancient Society, Master Isaac leads a growing continental mission that brings together technology, education, digital finance, entrepreneurship and community development. His leadership is guided by the belief that Africa’s freedom in the modern era must include ownership of its data, communication platforms, digital economy and technological future.
Under his administration, Ancient Society has developed six interconnected ecosystems: Ancient Chat, Ancient Media, Ancient Flip, Ancient Meet, Ancient Mall and Ancient Wallet. These platforms are designed to support communication, content creation, commerce, digital rewards, financial participation and Pan-African collaboration.
Master Isaac believes that Africa’s progress cannot depend solely on isolated national efforts. The continent must build systems that connect Africans across borders, cultures and languages while preserving the strength of local communities.
For him, Pan-Africanism must move beyond speeches and symbolism. It must be expressed through African-owned institutions, businesses, educational systems, applications and financial structures.
His vision is to help Africans communicate, trade, create wealth, share knowledge and solve common problems through platforms they collectively build and control.
As Administrator of Ancient Society, Master Isaac provides strategic direction for the organisation’s technological, economic and community agenda.
His responsibilities include guiding the long-term vision, coordinating leadership structures across participating countries, supervising ecosystem development, promoting adoption and ensuring that the community remains aligned with its founding mission.
His leadership philosophy is based on decentralisation and collective responsibility. Ancient Society was not established as a private project belonging to one person or a small group. It was designed as a community-driven ecosystem in which members, developers, financiers and country leaders contribute to its growth.
He therefore promotes leadership multiplication rather than concentration, encouraging strong country, regional, state and provincial structures that can advance the project according to local realities.
Master Isaac views technology as one of the most powerful instruments of influence in the modern world.
The platforms people use determine how they communicate, where their data is stored, who benefits economically from their activities and which societies gain power from digital participation.
For this reason, he considers African technological independence an essential part of continental liberation.
Through Ancient Society, he works to build African-owned alternatives in communication, media, meetings, commerce, entertainment and digital finance.
His goal is to help create an African digital economy in which the continent is not merely a consumer of foreign innovation, but also a creator, owner and global contributor.
Master Isaac is also the Chief Executive Officer of New Co-operate Academy, an outstanding educational institution in the Western Region of Ghana.
His leadership in education reflects his conviction that Africa’s future depends on the quality of knowledge, discipline, confidence and purpose developed in younger generations.
At New Co-operate Academy, he contributes to an educational environment that prepares students not only for academic achievement, but also for leadership, creativity, responsibility and meaningful participation in society.
He believes schools must help young people develop character, critical thinking, technological awareness and the confidence to solve problems in their communities.
Master Isaac serves as the National Guide of the Ghana Raelian Movement.
In this role, he contributes to the organisation, education and coordination of the movement in Ghana.
His involvement reflects his interest in science, human consciousness, peace, spirituality, freedom of thought and the future of humanity.
Across his different responsibilities, he promotes intellectual openness, peaceful coexistence, critical inquiry and the courage to examine ideas beyond inherited limitations.
