Ancient Chat is an Africa-first communication platform for direct messages, group conversations, communities, media sharing, voice and video calling, stories and coordinated participation. It is available through supported web, Android and iOS experiences.

Beyond communication, Ancient Chat operates a Points and Stars economy that recognizes qualifying participation and referrals. The platform’s July 30, 2026 management analytics recorded 15,306 registered users, 14,432 monthly active users, more than 449,000 messages, more than 483,000 story activities and more than 51,000 active chats.

Stories, reactions, emojis, themes and notification controls help members express themselves and remain connected. Availability can vary by application version, platform, device permissions, location and account state.

Points, Stars and the Wallet

The reward system is operational. Members can earn Stars through qualifying activity, send Stars to other members, receive gifts and review earned, transfer and gift transactions in the Stars Wallet.

The July 2026 analytics recorded 12,276 active Point earners, 13,805 active Star users, approximately 7.16 million Stars moved during the measured period and 6,870,674 available Stars across accounts.

The Stars Wallet applies a programmed reference value of 500 Stars to US$1. The displayed dollar amount is currently a reference valuation; the wallet states that withdrawals are coming later.

Future Withdrawal Through Ancient Coin Cashable—ANCC

Ancient Society’s ecosystem withdrawal architecture uses ANCC as the settlement asset. The Ancient Coin Wallet Connect API supports app registration, user authorization, ANCC payment intents, explicit approval, security verification, status polling, signed webhooks and on-chain settlement confirmation.

Ancient Society reports that Wallet Connect integration has already been implemented for Ancient Mall, Ancient Flip and Ancient Media. Ancient Chat integration is planned next so eligible Stars can be converted and settled through ANCC.

Withdrawal is planned to activate when Ancient Chat reaches one million registered users or Ancient Society receives qualifying investment funding—whichever occurs first. Activation remains subject to verification, eligible-Star rules, fraud controls, liquidity, withdrawal limits, supported jurisdictions and final programme terms.

Evidence-Based Privacy and Security

Google Play’s developer-provided Data safety disclosure states that data is encrypted in transit, that the app may collect photos, videos, audio and other data types, that no data is declared as shared with third parties, and that users can request deletion. Apple states that contact information may be collected and linked to identity, while noting that practices can vary by feature or age.

Encryption in transit is not the same as end-to-end encryption. Ancient Society is not publishing a blanket end-to-end-encryption claim until the implemented scope, key management, backups, metadata treatment and independent technical review are documented.
